Professor Challenger showed strange place picture to Malone. Then he showed strange animal picture too.
The animal was very big. It had the head of snake and the body of lizard. It had long tail too. Its body and long tail had may sharp spikes. (Could you imagine that guys).
Malone thought that it was like animal from bad dream. He did not believe this picture.
Prof Challenger said it was true. He took another book. The book was dinosaurus book.
'Please, saw this picture. It was similar with maple's drawing.' Prof said.
Malone was surprise. The pictures were similar. The animal name was Stegosaurus.
'I met Indian's People there. I asked where Maple lived in? They were frightened. But they answered
me. The next day, I looked for maple's
place. I went to plateau. The plateau was very similiar with maple's

Prof pointed me a photograph. The photograph was not very good. It showed the high line of cliffs. Malone was sure it was the same place.
Beside the cliffs there was a tall thin rock. The rock was not joined to the cliffs. On top of the rock was a large tree. Something was sitting on the tree. It looked like a huge bird with a long beak.
It was not a bird. It had wings and long sharp beak with cruel teeth. Beside the picture was written the name pterodactyl.
'It was very excited. This is wonderfull prof Challenger. All people should know about this place. You have found this place' Malone said.
'But no body in London believes my story. They guess that the drawing and the photograph are fakes.' Prof said angryly.
'I want to return to the Lost World and climb up to the plateau. Maple climbed up there. So there was a way to go there.' Prof continued.
'But other people should join you. They should know and see with their eyes that it is true.' Malone said.
After that, Prof Challenger invited Malone to come a meeting at the Zoologist Institute. Malone companied Prof happyly. Prof would talk about The Lost World.
